February 28th was a pretty busy day at VFW Post 670. To start the day, presidents from all eight North Carolina chapters of Rolling Thunder met at the post to select a new state director. Congratulation to Bob Penn from RTNC6.
Later that afternoon, a presentation on the 2009 Ride Home was given to several ex-POWs as well as other invited guests. The purpose of the presentation was to encourage these former POWs to attend this year's Ride Home. It was an excellent briefing.
